PBI-20 Intermittent Brick Type Carousel Packaging Machine

PBI series, that work with intermittent motion system, reach achievable maximum speed by using servo-motion technology. Thanks to its modular structure, the PBI series adapt to the changes in the market with accessories and apparatus and perform various package types with simple settings.

Packages suitable for the brick package coming out of the vertical machine fall on the band, that we call Carousel, and start moving horizontally, and by entering the modules one after the other, the package is processed with an intermittent movement.

The package reaches its final state with deaeration, pre-gluing and cutting off the excess, folding, final bonding and label or glue applications, respectively.
